You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You shall not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of RKV Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables (websites, code, designs) as specified in individual project agreements. RKV Consulting retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without explicit written permission.

Payment terms, schedules, and amounts are outlined in individual project proposals and service agreements.

Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances until payment is received in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RKV Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RKV Consulting LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance metrics from our consulting, web development, or marketing services. Results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RKV Consulting LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Our website and services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We encourage you to review those terms before engaging with any third-party service.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in individual project agreements.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our business or other users.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
